Strategic Advice
Meredith provides on-going strategic advice and project management support to clients.
She is highly flexible and can work with you to determine the best approach to meet your needs. Costs are also flexible and can be simply on an hourly rate through to scoping proposals for small to large projects including:
- Providing advice on tourism infrastructure and product development projects – where LGAs, RTOs and operators may not have the expertise in-house (e.g. Meredith is currently working with an LGA to design and implement a Mountain Bike Tourism infrastructure project)
- Supporting LGAs and RTOs to design and scope projects – where clients need support to determine the most approach or methodology to brief other specialist consultants (e.g. for Nature Based Tourism, Agri-tourism, Event, Brand and Marketing strategy projects)
- Supporting local governments to develop their own DMPs – where LGAs might just need advice on how to undertake a DMP process
- Delivering capacity building to elevate staff capacity to deliver on DMP strategies and actions
- Assisting to prepare visitor economy grant or funding submissions
- Helping to solve challenges to visitor economies – e.g. crisis recovery strategies.
